[texhax] Endnotes

I'm trying to create an endnote setup where the endnotes are grouped by
page number at the end of the text (book) as a whole.  No superscripted
endnote numbers appear anywhere in the text.

any experience? or suggestion?  Even a device for merely suppressing the
appearance of endnote numbers in the text (but not in the Notes section at
the end of the book) will do.
