[texhax] tabu in luaLaTeX

Hi all,

I wanted to test the tabu package but there is a problem with the X
column: Trying to use it, I get

./test.tex:29: Undefined control sequence.
\tabu at elapsedtime ...optime {\the \pdfelapsedtime

The luaTeX documentation tells me that this primitive has been removed –
what now?

(besides, the examples using \repeatcell don't work as \repeatcell is
undef'd. If someone could also help me on that? …)
