[texhax] how to label sections for selective compile

Hi Tex community,

I am making notebook using latex, usually compile with pdflatex. I write
down everything I do in each day as a section. Right now, I think I should
add a topic for each section, or even part of a section, that I can compile
specific topic when I just need that topic. In a better way, as I can
imagine, I can re-order the pdf file based on the topics instead of the
original order.
