[texhax] Draft copy of book on LaTeX

Ah!  i could get this to work by changing the link colors.

Now I want to use it to get rid of the bookmarks thing on the left (a
waste of space for me).

\hypersetup{
    bookmarks=false,                     % show bookmarks bar
    bookmarksopen=false,
    bookmarksopenlevel=0,
...

These fail to stop the bookmarks from opening in Acrobat.
