[texhax] where are scripts for LaTeX package "changes"?

Hi Murray,

    LaTeX package œôòüchangesœôòý has associated scripts

There's only one script, named delcmdchanges.bash, as far as I can see.
It was in the doc/ tree.  I moved it to the scripts/ dir for tonight's
TL update.  Thanks for the report.  -k
