Problem in typeset

Your messages show two problems. The first is that LaTeX cannot find "Set_A.ltx".
This has nothing to do with the Macintosh. This file is not in TeX Live; perhaps you 
added it as a personal addition. That addition might be in ~/Library/texmf depending
on how you managed affairs in the past.

The second message comes from TeXShop and asserts that it cannot autosave because it does not have permission to do so. This is also surely caused by trying to type a source file in a folder that is not somewhere in your home directory. To test, find the folder containing this source and copy the entire folder to your home directory and then typeset that copy.
