How do I make an offset table?

Hello,
I wanted to create 2 tables. One should be next to the other, but have a
50% vertical offset. The idea is that the second table will have a task,
and the first will have a time. That way I can easily see when a task
ends and the next begins. A traditional two column table would work, but
it would be confusing.

Example:
(Offset is one full line. I wanted 50%.)

9:00
      1st task
10:00
      2nd task
11:00
      3rd task
12:00
