Conference Sponsorshop Opportunities

Of course we welcome any interested parties to help sponsor the conference. We will acknowledge all donors, unless anonymity is preferred. Cash donations can be made on the registration page (actual registration is certainly not required).

Please contact us if you are interested. A standard schedule follows, but we are open to other ideas.

• Base sponsorship: $100. Includes your name on the program and 1/2 (3'x3') table for display of literature, etc.
• Full display table: add $50. 6' long by 3' deep.
• Room for an evening session/workshop: add $300. (The main conference room can be divided into several smaller rooms.)
• Room for Thursday course: add $500. A/V equipment not included.
• Sponsor t-shirts (logo on sleeve): add $600.
• Likewise, sponsor tote bags (logo on bag): add $600.
• And sponsor coffee breaks (grateful and prominent acknowledgement): add $600.
