[texhax] TeXLive2008 for Kubuntu

Hello, I know very little about latex and try to learn more now.  Please
correct me if I'm wrong.

In debian you can tell apt not to install automatically recommended or
suggested dependencies by adding lines to apt.conf 

$sudo -e /etc/apt/apt.conf

// Disable Recommended and suggested packages
APT::Install-Recommends "0";
APT::Install-Suggests "0";

Then texmaker will be installed without texlive from repository.  That
should also applied to ubuntu too.
